PLACING AND MANAGING YOUR ORDERS:

Create an Account/ Sign In

To create a new account, please select the appropriate icon and "Create Account" link in the upper right corner of any online store page. Alternatively, you may use our online store registration page (opens in new window). Once your account is created, you will generate a record of all your coffee and tea selections for future orders.

After establishing your account, you may access it through the "Sign In" link located under the same icon, or use our online store sign in page (new window). You will also have the option to sign in during the purchase process. 

Search for Products/ Initiating Your Purchase

Find your favorite products using the "Search" icon in the upper right-hand corner of any online store page. Select the "Shopping Cart" icon at any time to initiate the purchase process.

eGift Cards

eGift cards are available through our upgraded online store. You may send eGift cards to anyone to use either in the Highland Coffees shop right next to campus or in the Highland Coffees online store. The steps are easy and secure. Send an eGift card through our relationship with Square.com.

Payments

Charges for online orders in our upgraded store will be processed at the time of order by secure Square.com card processing. Neither Highland Coffees nor Square.com will ever store your credit card information. Highland Coffees accepts all major credit cards in our online store, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You may also use Highland Coffees eGift cards.

Privacy and Security

We consider the privacy and security of your personal information extremely important as detailed in our Privacy & Security Policies. Your personal information will never be sold, shared, or given out to any other party.

Shopping Reminders

• Coffee is sold in our online store in 16 oz. bags and tea in 4 oz. bags.
• We pay part of the shipping cost of each order to express our appreciation.
• Precise coffee grinding is an important part of achieving the best coffee flavor. You may purchase coffee in whole bean form and grind it yourself (recommended), or we can grind the coffee for you when requested at product selection at the grind level you specify.
• We happily offer coffee and tea gift shipments, and retain our same easy return policy.
