Information on Using eGift Cards
For eGift Card Recipients
- Redeem your eGift card at Highland Coffees in its shop by simply showing the 16-digit code provided on the eGift card email.
- Use your eGift card in the Highland Coffees online store by entering your 16-digit code at checkout.
- Check the balance of your eGift card online anytime. The card value does not expire.
For the eGift Card Sender
- Buy, reload, and check balances of eGift cards at any time by entering the 16-digit code provided on the eGift card.
- Choose a gift amount of $10, $15, $25, $50, or custom level. The card value does not expire.
- Send eGift cards to one individual, multiple people all at once, or to yourself for future use.
- Receive an email confirmation as a receipt.
In-Store Physical Card Purchases
Highland Coffees also offers Gift Certificate cards in our shop for purchase if you wish to mail a physical card to a friend or family member.
Security & Warranty
Highland Coffees eGift card purchases are handled by Square.com credit card processing. All eGift card purchases and transactions through Square use SSL encryption for security. Square.com will never store or share your credit card information.
